    • At The Wax Shop, we strive to provide everyone a comfortable and respectful environment. Please note that we do not offer waxing services for male genitalia. This policy applies to all individuals, including those who are transgender, transitioning, or born male. We appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy.

    • We are committed to maintaining a respectful and professional atmosphere. Threats, verbal abuse, or any form of inappropriate behaviour towards our staff or other clients will not be tolerated. Such behaviour may result in refusal of service and potential reporting to authorities if necessary.

    • Payments for services are to be collected immediately after the completion of your appointment. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Please ensure that you are prepared to settle your bill before leaving the salon.
  5. Late Arrivals

    • If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, please be aware that your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid inconvenience to other clients.
  6. Personal Belongings

    • Please take care of your personal belongings while visiting The Wax Shop. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. We recommend keeping your valuables with you at all times.

    • Your health and safety are our top priorities. Before your appointment, please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special considerations. If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment to prevent the spread of illness.

    • Clients under the age of 18 must have parental consent for waxing services. We reserve the right to request identification and verification of age.
